Engr. Akintunde Owolabi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kilams Engineering, a leading engineering solutions company serving the energy and power sector. With nearly three decades of industry experience, he has built a distinguished career in engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, project management, project economics, strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and project execution.

Over the years, he has successfully delivered complex engineering projects for international oil companies (IOCs), indigenous operators, and other key industry stakeholders. His ability to combine technical excellence with strategic business insight has enabled organizations to execute projects efficiently while achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

 Olamide Akin-Owolabi PMP, MNSE

Olamide Akin-Owolabi is the Director of Operations and Administrative Services at Kilams Engineering, where she provides strategic leadership for the company's operations, administration, and project delivery functions. She brings over 20 years of professional experience in Information Technology, project management, and business operations.

Before joining the engineering and construction industry, Olamide built a successful career in the banking sector, where she played a pivotal role in delivering several transformational technology initiatives. As a member of multiple strategic project teams, she contributed to the development and implementation of digital banking solutions that helped shape today's online and mobile banking experience.

A Certified Project Manager, Olamide combines her strong technology background with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to drive operational excellence across the business. She is responsible for overseeing project operations and service delivery, ensuring that projects are executed safely, delivered on schedule, maintained within budget, and completed to the highest quality standards.

Known for her attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to continuous improvement, Olamide is passionate about building efficient systems, strengthening organizational performance, and delivering exceptional value to clients. Endurance Ibhanehimin

Endurance is the Head of Projects at Kilams Engineering. With over 6 years of experience in Project management and execution across multi discipline sector in the Construction and telecommunication industry. A focused project resource personnel with excellent Project Management abilities.

Segun Akande is the Director of Information Technology Services at Kilams Engineering. With more than two decades of experience in Information Technology, he specializes in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Systems, Cybersecurity, Technology Consulting, and Business Strategy. Over the years, he has built a reputation for delivering innovative technology solutions that have improved operational efficiency, strengthen digital capabilities and enhance sustainable business growth.
